A retreat designed for women who want to feel confident, reconnected to their bodies and intuition, and empowered.

Women do it all.  We are lovers, listeners, care givers, mothers, secret keepers, space holders, homemakers, co-workers, entrepreneurs, huggers, workout partners, advice givers, and more.   We are great at trying to juggle it all, but it can be a lot.   And sometimes as a result, our wants and needs get put on the back burner or forgotten.   


This may look like:

saying yes when we'd rather say no

ignoring our body's asks for more rest

not prioritizing our goals

feeling anxious, stressed, or easily frustrated

ignoring our intuition

feeling stuck, burnt out, or unsure of what we want

waiting until "we have time" to do things that fill our cup

Casa Om is a boutique yoga retreat center situated on 63 wooded acres overlooking the Potomac river!


King and Queen rooms with their own beautiful private bathrooms, a hot yoga room, a hot tub, and a chef to make all of our meals makes this the perfect combination of luxury and relaxation.
