  • There are 32 different recipes programmed into the 4-week meal plan
  • The meal plan is easily customizable between 1,350 - 1,850 calories including 3 meals and 1 snack per day. The meal plans give you a really good starting point
  • If your macros do not fall in this range, Jenn gives tips with each recipe on how to increase or decrease the carbs, protein, and fat for every recipe
  • Being that these are base plans, they leave room for you to add your favorite snack or another meal or two of your choice
  • Each recipe lets you know if it is meal prep-able, how long it will last, and if it is freezer-friendly
  • Shopping list for each of the 4 weeks is provided
