If your macros do not fall in this range, Jenn gives tips with each recipe on how to increase or decrease the carbs, protein, and fat for every recipe
Being that these are base plans, they leave room for you to add your favorite snack or another meal or two of your choice
Each recipe lets you know if it is meal prep-able, how long it will last, and if it is freezer-friendly
